Our exhaust systems are manufactured out of 409 Stainless Steel – 409 is a titanium stabilised ferritic alloy that contains chromium. While it doesn’t polish well, 409 offers a number of benefits over 304 stainless steel.
- More workable than 304, 409 bends/welds very easily with the right equipment. Important if you ever damage the system & must repair it.
- Better suited to high temperature applications, handles heat cycling well (rivers crossings, beach driving, wet/cold weather)
- Better resistance to vibration - less likely to crack than 304
- Offers high strength with good corrosion resistance.
409 may oxidise over time – this brown look is caused by chemical reaction & actually helps corrosion resistance. OEM car & aftermarket exhaust manufacturers are the main users of 409 due to it being the ideal for vehicle exhausts.

Sounds unreal and increases performance
Relatively easy to Install and sounds mint. Whistles really nice and definitely notice the difference in performance

Sounds amazing
I recently purchased this exhaust based on the warranty period and from the conversation i had had with the supplier. I gotta say i really am impressed with the sound it makes and also the added performance. I have yet to complete a fuel economy check so the jury is still out on that for now. The item was as described and i decided to install it myself. Needless to say 5 hours later and crawling under the car for ages it was finally in. Being a first timer i didn't want to just cut the old one up to get it out in case the new one didn't fit. Yes i had to loosen this and remove other bits here and there but it was all worth it. The quality of the components is awesome.

HJ61 12HT Perfect Fit!
Have never ordered an exhaust over the internet, much less one from AUS to the states but everything worked out great!! Had a call with Glen fist to make sure it would fit with my Euro spec cruiser and he was very knowledgeable and a standup guy. Assembly was easy and I love the performance and sound. Would definitely recommend OE to others looking for a new exhaust system!

Great product!
My exhaust arrived within a few days to regional nsw. The exhaust system fits perfectly and has made my old truck sound great. Highly recconmend this system to all 12ht 60/61 series owners. I was very impressed that the system was supplied with an entire muffler delete section as an extra and to find a egt probe mount in the dump pipe was also a added bonus. I decided to use the muffler as my truck is a tourer and it sounds great. Happy as!

60series with 12ht
Just fitted the 3" exhaust to the 60series. I was a bit hesitant about buying a prefab exhaust but tried it for the cost factor. It fit perfectly with the mounting brackets and the tail end tucked up neatly just below the rear bar. The small muffler gives a good tone and doesn't restrict too much and the 3" dump pipe gives excellent flow. Noticeable power improvement. Took me over an hour to remove the old system and but had the new one in in about 20minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone after an upgrade

Great exhaust
Exhaust arrived promptly and married up perfectly. HJ61 sounds great with the one muffler and motor comes on boost sooner.
